USCIS to Increase Premium Processing Fees

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is publishing a final rule to raise the
premium processing fee for USCIS to match the inflation between June 2023 and
June 2025.
The USCIS Stabilization Act granted the DHS the power to adjust fees every two
years to keep pace with inflation. The DHS fees will continue to be adjusted to keep
pace with inflation, thus protecting the real dollar value of our premium processing
service. The increased fee will still be used to provide the premium processing service,
make improvements to the adjudication processes, respond to our adjudication
demand, including our backlog, and other USCIS adjudication and naturalization
services. This rule is effective as of March 1, 2026.
In case you want to make a request for premium processing whose postmark date is
March 1, 2026, or later, you should submit the application with the fee required for
the specific benefit you are requesting as shown in the table below.
In making the request for premium processing, you should submit a Form I-907,
Request for Premium Processing Service together with the application instructions.
